Terraces, cafeterias, theatres, museums…all inside the neighborhood! Connected by buses and 2 metro lines. Close to Plaza Mayor 300m, 5 minutes walking to Sol Square, to Kings palace, to San Miguel Market, Almudena Cathedral, also close to Prado Museum and Reina Sofia Museum. The apartment is surrounded by food markets, fruit stores, etc. La Latina is an historical neighborhood, very well known by its bohemian environment and its street life, it is also very secure. The apartment is based on a 3rd floor, keep in mind there’s not elevator yet.

Everything was great — the apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the check-in process was easy and automated. Communication with the hosts was quick and smooth. A hairdryer, shower products, and useful kitchen equipment (including a microwave) were available. The bed is not a double bed but two single beds pushed together. It can be a bit noisy outside the apartment, but the doors isolate outside noise very well, so we slept peacefully and comfortably.

El apartamento es tal y como lo describen , está muy limpio, y sobre todo Borja y Arnaldo son muy amables y resuelven tus dudas en el momento. Es una zona tranquila para descansar y a la vez muy bien comunicada. Si tienen disponibilidad repetiremos la próxima vez . Muchas gracias por todo.

The place was perfect for 2 people! The location was great for civility and very commutable by public transport, mobile app rides and walking. Borja and Arnaldo were very communicative giving us the appropriate information at the appropriate times (check in, check out, disposal information) and were extremely responsive, much quicker than what the typical time started. This is definitely my desired Airbnb in Madrid Thank you for being such great hosts!!

We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again the next time we are in Madrid! This location is so convenient and the neighborhood is artsy and vibrant. We especially appreciated the simple cooktop appliance and having a space that felt clean, safe, and private.

La ubicación está muy practica, queda cerca de estaciones de metro, restaurantes y super, el lugar es muy tranquilo, el ingreso está fácil y cuenta con elevador (maravilloso para las maletas). En cuanto al alojamiento es tal cual como lo muestran las imágenes, muy limpio y acogedor. La cama está formada por dos colchones tipo individuales, se separan pero no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con ello, muy cómodo cada quien en su espacio, sábanas limpias y almohadas en buen estado. Cuenta con un sofá que también está cómodo y amplio. Su balcón es lindo, lo que lo de un plus porque no te sientes encerrado y entra aire fresco. La cocina es pequeña, con lo necesario si es que llegas a preparar algún bocadillo. El baño y la regadera están en buen estado, con agua caliente y con shampoo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. 10/10
