Modern and chic, very clean, within walking distance to city bus tours, a market, few restaurants as well as public transport and an excellent brunch spot. Loved that you can see the city street from the bedroom window. Owners were very responsive and communicative, responded promptly to any questions we had before and during our stay. If I had to pick, it would be that the stairs were a bit daunting for me as there were no banisters throughout the building, but I’m old 😅

The apartment was wonderful.I liked everything and have absolutely no complaints. It was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. Everything was just right; the location was great—there was a gas station right there, shops, two bus stops nearby, and a metro station as well.

The apartment is beautiful, the beds are really comfortable and the location is perfect. Also, it is very quiet at night which we really appreciate. The check out is a bit too early compared with the standard check out times.

Muy cómodo. Todo era nuevo. Todo funcionaba bien. El colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas. Muy buena ducha. Tuve que usar tapa ojos para dormir porque tenía iluminación en la noche demasiado potente.

Great stay at La Latina-City Apartments in Madrid. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the metro, park, with a bus stop right next to it, and even the city tour bus stops nearby, which made getting around super easy (we could get off right by the property).
The flat itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a really nice bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable experience — would definitely recommend. Nothing
